What payment method I can use?

You will need a credit card in order to be able to subscribe to Premium and Platinum plans.

What’s the charging mechanism?

By default, you will be subscribing to a Free plan where we don’t charge you anything. Ms.Winkly is charging based on the plan you subscribed and the number of users in your account. What is the difference between Free, Premium and Platinum plans?

Ms.Winkly has tiered pricing levels for two types of plans: Premium plans and Platinum plans. Premium plans allow customers to use Employee Leave Management and Employee Attendance Management. Platinum plans allow customers to access to the full features which includes Employee Leave Management, Employee Attendance Management and
Employee Expenses Claim Management.

How can I get the receipt?

The invoice / receipt will be emailed to you at the beginning of every month.

Do I have to pay for the employee who resigned?

You’ll be billed based on the number of users you created in admin portal. You can delete the employee account in order to avoid being charged for those employee who resigned.
