Billing Policy

Ms.Winkly human resource management system is a monthly subscription service that will automatically charge you every month on the date you signed up. If your billing date is scheduled for a date that does not occur in a given month, you’ll be charged on the first day of that month instead. For example, if the initial recurring payment falls on the 31st , our system eventually adjusts the billing cycle to the 1 st of the month. If the initial recurring payment falls on 29th or 30 th, the system adjusts the billing cycle to the 1 st of the month on the following February.

Your payment method will be charged at the beginning of your billing cycle, but it may take a few days for the charge to post to your account.

What payment method I can use?

You will need a credit card in order to be able to subscribe to Premium and Platinum plans.

What’s the charging mechanism?

By default, you will be subscribing to a Free plan where we don’t charge you anything. Ms.Winkly is charging based on the plan you subscribed and the number of users in your account. i.e If you are subscribing to Premium plans with 5 users in your account, you’ll be charged RM15 (RM3 x 5) every month.

What is the difference between Free, Premium and Platinum plans?

Free plan is the only plan that offer everyone to use for free. With Free plan, user can use the feature of Employee Leave Management.

Ms.Winkly has tiered pricing levels for two types of plans: Premium plans and Platinum plans. Premium plans allow customers to use Employee Leave Management and Employee Attendance Management. Platinum plans allow customers to access to the full features which includes Employee Leave Management, Employee Attendance Management and
Employee Expenses Claim Management.

How can I get the receipt?

The invoice / receipt will be emailed to you at the beginning of every month.

Do I have to pay for the employee who resigned?

You’ll be billed based on the number of users you created in admin portal. You can delete the employee account in order to avoid being charged for those employee who resigned.
